An Act to Amend the New Brunswick Income Tax Act Loi modifiant la Loi de l’impôt sur le revenu du Nouveau-Brunswick Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’Assemblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1 Subparagraph 35(g)(

i) of the New Brunswick In- come Tax Act,

chapter N-6.001 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2000, is amended by striking out “ 3.5%” and substituting “3.245%”. 1 Le sous-alinéa 35g)(

i) de la Loi de l’impôt sur le re- venu du Nouveau-Brunswick,

chapitre N-6.001 des Lois du Nouveau-Brunswick de 2000, est modifié par la suppression de « 3,5 % » et son remplacement par « 3,245 % ». 2

Section of the Act is amended L’article de la Loi est modifié (

a) in subsection (1.023) by striking out “For the period commencing on April 1, 2016,” and substitut- ing “For the period commencing on April 1, 2016, and ending on March 31, 2017,”;

a) au paragraphe (1.023), par la suppression de « Pour la période commençant le er avril 2016 » et son remplacement par « Pour la période commençant le 1er avril et prenant fin le mars 2017 »; (

b) by adding after subsection (1.023) the follow- ing:

b) par l’adjonction de ce qui suit après le paragra- phe (1.023) : 57(1.024) For the period commencing on April 1, 2017, the references to “ 2%” in subsection (1) shall be read as references to “3%”. 57(1.024) Pour la période commençant le 1er avril 2017, les renvois à « 2 % » au paragraphe (1) sont remplacés par des renvois à « 3 % ».
