1998 POWER CORPORATION BILL No. 55 of

An Act to amend The Power Corporation Act (Assented to , 1998) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Power Corporation Amendment Act, 1998 . R.S.S. 1978, c.P-19,

section amended 2(1)

Section of The Power Corporation Act is amended in the manner set forth in this section. (2) Subsection 36(1) is amended: (

a) by striking out “yearly or half-yearly payment” and substituting “monthly payment”; and (

b) by striking out “ yearly or half-yearly as may be mutually agreed” and substituting “monthly or as the parties otherwise agree ”. (3) Subsection 36(2) is amended: (

a) by striking out “yearly or half-yearly payment” and substituting “monthly payment”; and (

b) by striking out “ yearly or half-yearly as may be mutually agreed” and substituting “monthly or as the parties otherwise agree ”.
