OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated November 3, 2016, and pursuant to

Section 78 of

Chapter 32 of the Acts of 2014, the Health Authorities Act , is pleased to amend the Health Authorities Act General Regulations , N.S. Reg. 16/2015, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2015-23 dated January 29, 2015, to include the IWK Health Centre under the liability protections of

Section 59 of the Act in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after November 29, 2016.
