OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated July 24, 2002, pursuant to subsection 262(1) of
Chapter 10 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1994-95, the Workers' Compensation Act, and clause 18(1)(
d) of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to renew the appointment of Anne S. Clark of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, to the office of Chief Worker Adviser, commencing August 1, 2002, on an at pleasure basis and to fix her remuneration for her duties as Chief Worker Adviser, at the rate of six thousand dollars per annum, in addition to compensation she receives in her civil service employment as a worker adviser, Solicitor 3, MCP 26(2).
