Order in Council 1312/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Scott McAnsh of Ottawa be appointed a full-time member and Vice Chair of the Assessment Review Board for a term of two years, effective the date of this Order in Council.

Further,

whereas Scott McAnsh was appointed a full-time member of the Assessment Review Board for a term of two years, effective February 24, 2016, by Order in Council O.C. 250/2016;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 250/2016 be revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
