OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister in charge of the administration of the Heritage Property Act dated September 24, 2018, and pursuant to
Section 11 of
Chapter 199 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Heritage Property Act , hereby grants the application dated April 20, 2018, to substantially alter Saint Peter’s and Saint John’s Anglican Church, a registered provincial heritage property located at 390 Shore Road in the Village of Baddeck, Victoria County, as recommended by the Advisory Council on Heritage Property.
