OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated May 11, 2011, and pursuant to

Section 21 of

Chapter 371 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Highways Act, is pleased to: (

a) designate as a controlled access highway a new

section of highway in the County of Halifax known as the Larry Uteck Boulevard from a point approximately two hundred (200) metres west of the centre of the southbound ramp terminal roundabout, extending in an easterly direction approximately six hundred (600) metres to a point fifty (50) metres west of the centre of the Larry Uteck/Nine Mile Drive roundabout, as indicated on

Schedule "A", attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; and (

b) designate as a controlled access highway a new

section of highway in the County of Halifax known as Road "A", from the centre of the southbound ramp terminal roundabout, travelling in a southwesterly direction approximately two hundred (200) metres, also as indicated on

Schedule "A", attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
