1 In this regulation, "Act" means The Farm Practices Protection Act .

Application fee for review of order
3(1) An application fee of $50.00 is payable by any person who makes an application to the board under subsection 13.1(1) of the Act.

3(2) The application fee is to be refunded to the applicant if the board reviews the order in respect of which the application is made and changes, revokes or replaces it.
