OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated March 7, 2002, and pursuant to subsections 16(1) and (2) and

Section 17 of

Chapter 475 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Trade Union Act, is pleased to: (

a) appoint Reid R. DeLong of Bridgewater, Lunenburg County, as an alternate member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) for a term of office of three years commencing April 28, 2002; and (

b) fix the remuneration of Reid R. DeLong at the rate of $150.00 for each day of attendance at a meeting of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) as an alternate member, in addition to actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties.
