OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice, dated December 1, 2021, and pursuant to Sections 6 and 9 of

Chapter 14 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Victims' Rights and Services Act , is pleased to authorize the expenditures from the Victims' Assistance Fund for the payment of Victim Services employee salaries and benefits with the Department of Justice for the period from April 1, 2022, to March 31, 2025.
