OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated September 27, 2001, and pursuant to

Section 40 of

Chapter 179 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Forests Act, is pleased to make regulations respecting forest management for the protection of wildlife habitats and watercourses in the form set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after January 14, 2002.
