Order in Council 512/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Christina Budweth Mingay was appointed as part-time member of the Child and Family Services Review Board and the Custody Review Board for a fixed term of two years, effective April 6, 2023, that expired on April 5, 2025;

Therefore, pursuant to 333(2) and 151(2) of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017, Christina Budweth Mingay of Toronto be reappointed as part-time member of the Child and Family Services Review Board and the Custody Review Board for a fixed term of three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
