OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture dated May 18, 2000, pursuant to subsection 77(2) of
Chapter 25 of the Acts of 1996, the Fisheries and Coastal Resources Act, is pleased to repeal the Fish Buyers Regulations made by Order in Council 97-307 dated May 27, 1997, and make new regulations respecting fish buyers' licensing and enforcement in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after June 1, 2000.
