Order in Council 1585/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Stephanie Zwicker Slavens of Toronto be reappointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending April 14, 2023.

Further,

whereas Stephanie Zwicker Slavens was appointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective April 15, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 470/2021;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 470/2021 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
