OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated October 22, 2015, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal, on behalf of the Province, entering into: (

a) a federal, provincial and territorial Memorandum of Understanding with the Federal, Provincial and Territorial Governments of Canada respecting vehicle weights and dimensions in the form set out in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; and (

b) a Memorandum of Understanding with the Governments of New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador and Prince Edward Island respecting the weights and dimensions of vehicles in the form set out in

Schedule “B” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
