B.C. Reg. 207/2004, deposited May 7, 2004, pursuant

to the SUSTAINABLE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT STATUTES AMENDMENT ACT, 2003

[Section 87 (1)] and the STRATA PROPERTY ACT [Sections 243

and 292]. Order in Council 460/2004, approved and ordered May 6, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor,

by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(

a) section 37 of the Sustainable Resource Management

Statutes Amendment Act, 2003 , S.B.C. 2003, c. 66, is brought into

force by this regulation,

(

b) section 14.4 (1) (m) (ii) of the Strata Property

Regulation, B.C. Reg. 43/2000, is amended by striking out "regulations made

by the Surveyor General for surveys under the Land Title Act ;" and

substituting "rules made under

section 75 of the Land Surveyors Act ;", and

(c)

section 2 (1) (

b) of the Bare Land Strata Regulations,

B. C. Reg. 75/78, is amended by striking out "regulations made by the Surveyor

General" and substituting "rules made under

section 75 of the Land Surveyors

Act ".
