OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated December 2, 1999, pursuant to Sections 2 and 17 of

Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 1999-60 dated February 24, 1999, by repealing paragraph (3) and substituting the following paragraph: (3) pay out of the Swissair Flight 111 Memorial Trust Fund such sum or sums as the Minister, with the advice of the three Deputy Ministers named as advisors to the Secretariat by the Priorities and Planning Committee, may deem appropriate for the creation and maintenance of the memorial.
