Order in Council 1317/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Sandra Macchione of Mississauga be reappointed as full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term effective January 1, 2023 and ending July 12, 2026.
