OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated August 28, 2012, and pursuant to

Section 3 of

Chapter 113 of the Revised Statues of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crop and Livestock Insurance Act, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Greg Coldwell, of Port Williams, Kings County, as a member of the Nova Scotia Crop and Livestock Insurance Commission for a term of 3 years commencing October 6, 2012; (

b) reappoint Michael Walsh, of Berwick, Kings County, as a member of the Nova Scotia Crop and Livestock Insurance Commission for a term of 3 years commencingOctober 6, 2012; and (

c) order that Greg Coldwell and Michael Walsh be remunerated for service as members in the amount of $100 per day and be reimbursed for necessary expenses incurred by them while engaged in the performance of their official duties as members provided such reimbursements do not exceed those normally paid to members of the civil service.
