Order in Council 1641/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Damian Parrent was appointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective July 18, 2024, by Order in Council O.C. 940/2024;

And

whereas Damian Parrent tendered his resignation effective October 31, 2024;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Order in Council O.C. 940/2024 be revoked effective October 31, 2024.
