Authority under which Order is made: Act and section: Public Service Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 385, s. 15 Other: OIC 4/2024 O20757911 On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective January 17, 2024, (

a) the appointment of Shruti Prakash Joshi as Executive Director, Media Relations and Multi-language Services, Government Communication and Public Enga gement, Ministry of Finance, made by Order in Council 4/2024, is rescinded, (

b) Shruti Prakash Joshi is appointed as a Director of Outreach and Stakeholder Relations in the Office of the Premier, (

c) Shruti Prakash Joshi is to be pa id in accordance with the band classification set out in the British Columbia Management Classification and Compensation Framework administered by the Public Service Agency, and (

d) terms and conditions of employmen t equivalent to those established for category C appointees in the “Terms and Conditions for Excluded Employees and Appointees” administered by the Public Service Agency apply to the appointment of Shruti Prakash Joshi. 16 January 17, 2024
