Order in Council 2189/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Joseph Nemet was appointed a part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a term of two years, effective February 24, 2016, by Order in Council O.C. 259/2016;

And

whereas Joseph Nemet tendered his resignation effective October 7, 2017;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Order in Council O.C. 259/2016 be revoked effective October 7, 2017.
