OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Municipal Affairs dated June 8, 2016, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to give approval to the Minister of Municipal Affairs to enter into a Contribution Agreement with Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness Canada, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject to such variations as the Minister of Municipal Affairs determines are necessary and do not materially change the nature of the Contribution Agreement, to be effective on or after July 4, 2016.
