OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Emergency Management dated January 2, 2025, and pursuant to subsection 19(2) of

Chapter 8 of the Acts of 1990, the Emergency Management Act , is pleased to approve the further renewal by the Minister of Emergency Management of the state of emergency declared by the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing under subsection 12(1) of the Emergency Management Act on June 1, 2023, to maximize the water supply resource available for wildfire and fire suppression, in the form set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective at 8:00 p.m. on January 9, 2025, until 8:00 p.m. on January 23, 2025.
