OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated July 31, 2013, and pursuant to clause 21(1)(

b) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) release the condition contained in Order in Council 2000-331, dated June 14, 2000, requiring that lands outlined in bold on the plan marked

Schedule "A", which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated July 31, 2013, be developed for cranberry purposes within 10 years of the date of conveyance; and (

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
