OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated May 20, 2020, and pursuant to
Section 3 of
Chapter 244 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Justices of the Peace Act, is pleased to appoint the following individuals as part-time Presiding Justices of the Peace, each for a term of office commencing on June 16, 2020: • Lisanne Jacklin, of Halifax Regional Municipality; • Anne Jackman, of Halifax Regional Municipality; • Darlene Lamey, of Windsor; and. • Arthur Robert Sampson, QC, of Sydney.
