a) deleting the phrase ", to be known as Strathcona Park Exchange Lands,"; and (

b) deleting the sentence "The Property listed in the

schedule is to be used only for exchange purposes when acquiring properties, in the vicinity of Strathcona Park, for addition to Strathcona Park" and replacing it with "The Property listed in the

schedule is to be used only for exchange purposes when acquiring properties on Vancouver Island for establishment as, or for addition to, a park under the Park Act, an ecological reserve under the Ecological Reserve Act or an area which is the subject of an order in council under the Environment and Land Use Act, except for those lands in the vicinity of the Heber River which may be added to the provincial forest under the Forest Act". - r - ce.
