Order in Council 917/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 37(2) of the Provincial Animal Welfare Services Act, 2019 , Debra Backstein of Toronto be reappointed as part-time member of the Animal Care Review Board for a fixed term of three years, effective November 2, 2025.
