An Act to Incorporate the Calgary and Southwestern Railway Company. (Assented to , 1946.) WHEREAS the Calgary & Southwestern Railway C'Om- pany has presented a Petiti'On praying f'Or the amend ment 'Of the Act inc'Orp'Orating the said Company, heing

chapter of the Statutes of Alberta, 1918, as hereinafter set fDrth, and it is expedient to grant the prayer of the said Petition. Therefore His Majesty, by and with the advice and consent 6f the Legislative Assembly of the PrDvince of Alberta, enacts as follows: 1. That

section of the said Act as the same is amended by sectiDn of ehapter of the Statutes 'Of Alberta, 1926, be, and the same is hereby repealed and the following substituted therefor: "4.

The cDmpany may lay 'Out, <construct and operate a railway of the gauge of f'Our feet eight and one-half inches, from the City of Calgary, in the Province of Alberta, Dr from a point at or near the TDwn of De Winton, on the Calgary & Edmonton Branch of the Canadian Pacific Rail way in the said Province by the most feasible route to a point .on the western boundary of the >said Province in tDwnships six,teen, seventeen, eighteen, nineteen or twenty; also from a point on the said railway to the T'Own of Okotoks 'On the Calgary and Edmonton Railway." 2.
