I, Mark Messmer, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy and Mines, order that

(

a) the mineral and placer reserves established as site number 1003702, Fosthall Creek Right of Way, are cancelled and the Mineral Land Reserve (No Mineral or Placer Claim Registrations) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 271/2007, is amended by deleting the following site from the Table:
