Order in Council 1425/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Rameez Sewani was appointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective September 22, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 1386/2023;

And

whereas Rameez Sewani tendered his resignation effective June 26, 2024;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Order in Council O.C. 1386/2023 be revoked effective June 26, 2024.
