Order in Council 1631/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

PURSUANT TO subsection 70(2) of the Health Care Consent Act, 1996,

J. Bernard Comiskey of Chatham

be reappointed as a part-time Lawyer member of the Consent and Capacity Board for a period of three years, effective November 2, 2016 to and including November 1, 2019.
