OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated March 21, 2003, and pursuant to subsections 17(1) to (5) and

Section 18 of

Chapter 246 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Labour Standards Code, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Chris M. Scott of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Labour Standards Tribunal (Nova Scotia) for a term of three (3) years, effective April 1, 2003; and (

b) fix the remuneration of Chris M. Scott at $100.00 per day for each day of attendance at hearings of the Labour Standards Tribunal (Nova Scotia), in addition to actual and reasonable expenses incurred by him in the discharge of his duties.
