OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated November 26, 2008, and pursuant to

Section 59C of

Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, Subclause 46(1)(

a) of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and Subsections 15(1) and (3) of

Chapter 203 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Homes for Special Care Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 2008-480 and Order in Council 2008-575, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of this Report and Recommendation, to be effective on and after December 9, 2008.
