Order in Council 2155/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1952/93, dated July 23, 1993, appointing Dr. Michael A. Munoz as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
