Order in Council 778/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 4 of the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities Act , as amended,

Dan Herman of Toronto

be appointed as the Special Advisor on the Establishment of a Centralized Resource Entity on Intellectual Property, effective June 15, 2021, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not extending beyond April 1, 2022.
