OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated October 12, 2000, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Elizabeth MacLeod of Wolfville, Kings County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with Byron Balcom, which appointment was made by Order in Council 89-937 dated August 22, 1989; and (
b) appoint F. Elizabeth MacLeod of Kentville, Kings County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, for a term to expire October 31, 2005.
