OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated December 5, 2012, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) issue a deed disposing of such interest as the Minister may determine in respect of a parcel of land identified by PID 70075254, containing approximately 23.13 hectares (57.15 acres) and which is shown shaded in dark grey on the plan marked

Schedule "A", attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, to the Region of Queens Municipality for a nominal amount of $1.00; (

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order; and (

c) the proposed disposition is conditional on the re-conveyance of this parcel to the Crown.
