Reg. 33/97, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 97-208 dated April 1, 1997, to implement amendments to the household energy rebate program in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after September 1, 2008.
