OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated June 13, 2013, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) issue a grant or deed to convey a parcel of Crown land containing approximately 4.05 hectares (10 acres), located at Lower Sackville, Halifax County, and shown outlined in bold on the plan marked

Schedule "A", which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, to Linda June Williams, of Lower Sackville, Halifax County, Nova Scotia, for the nominal consideration of $1; and (

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
