Order in Council 1151/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Patricia Santucci was appointed as part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of one year, effective July 23, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 1088/2020;

And

whereas Patricia Santucci tendered her resignation effective November 18, 2020;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Order in Council O.C. 1088/2020 be revoked effective November 18, 2020.
