OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Tourism and Culture dated May 10, 2001, and pursuant to
Section 7 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 1995-96, the Arts Council Act, is pleased to: (
a) appoint the following persons as members of the Nova Scotia Arts Council - Conseil des arts de la Nouvelle-Écosse, each for a term of office of three years commencing May 31, 2001: Marilyn MacDonald of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; Alan Syliboy of Truro, Colchester County; Linda Carvery of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; and (
b) appoint the following persons as members of the Nova Scotia Arts Council - Conseil des arts de la Nouvelle-Écosse, each for a term of office of two years commencing May 31, 2001: Eric Favaro of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality; W.L. Jollimore of Lunenburg, Lunenburg County.
