Order in Council 544/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Ministry of Correctional Services Act , Ashleigh Nother of Kitchener be appointed as full-time member of the Ontario Parole Board for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further,

whereas Ashleigh Nother was reappointed as part-time member of the Ontario Parole Board for a fixed term of three years, effective February 8, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 170/2020;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 170/2020 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
