, I designate the area generally known as the Jersey Pond

W ater Supply Area

for the Town of

Milltown

Head of Bay DEspoir

as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Fortune Bay Cape La Hune

abutted and bounded as follows:

By a line drawn from Military Grid Reference NAD 27, Zone 21, 595,900 metres east 5,307,650 metres north 209 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,625 metres from the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 248 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,000 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 230 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,600 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 307 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 475 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 38 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,350 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 73 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 575 metres; and

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 113 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 725 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
