Order in Council 122/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Thomas Kaye was appointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective April 20, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 506/2023;

And

whereas Thomas Kaye tendered his resignation effective November 1, 2023;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Order in Council O.C. 506/2023 be revoked effective November 1, 2023.
