Order in Council 375/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 17(1) of the Police Services Act , as amended,

Thomas Carrique

be appointed as Commissioner of the Ontario Provincial Police, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not to exceed three years calculated from a start date to be set by the Minister of Community Safety and Correctional Services.
