b) and 119 (1) (c)]. Order in Council 507/2006, approved and ordered July 13, 2006.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective July 30, 2006,

section 1 (2) of the Conservation Officer Service Authority Regulation, B.C. Reg. 318/2004, is amended by renumbering paragraph (

a) as paragraph (a.2) and by adding the following paragraphs:
