OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated November 27, 2017, and pursuant to
Section 7 of
Chapter 13 of the Acts of 2007, the Respiratory Therapists Act , and
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , is pleased to revoke the appointment of Denise MacDonald-Billard, of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax), as a public representative on the Board of the Nova Scotia College of Respiratory Therapists, effective December 12, 2017.
