OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated February 3, 2026, and pursuant to

Section 21K of

Chapter 238 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Court Act, is pleased to order that the recommendations of the Nova Scotia Provincial Court Judges' Salaries and Benefits Tribunal, for the period April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2029, and as set out in the Tribunal's Reports dated September 29, 2025, October 1, 2025, January 6, 2026 and January 28, 2026, by Scott Sterns, David J. Roberts, and John MacPherson, K.C. are hereby confirmed.
