Order in Council 965/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 11(1) and (2) of the Education Quality and Accountability Office Act, 1996,

Whereas James Marsh of Amherstburg, who was appointed by O.C. 1501/2018 as a director of the board of the Education Quality and Accountability Office, has resigned from such position;

Now therefore Order in Council 1501/2018 be revoked effective March 20, 2020.
